Well for 3 days now I've been unable to upload directly from my phone, so sorry folks that's it for the time being, an interesting experiment and worth the effort indeed. When my solo show has finished perhaps I'll have another go at getting things up and running.
If anyone else has trouble uploading and finds an answer I'd be very happy to hear from you.
FWIW, my upload details are, Phone: Sony Ericsson K610i, ISP/Telephony provider, Optusnet.com.au, the message I get on my phone says simply, "cannot post to blog".

hmmm good thinnking there Andrew, currently my shozu account points to flickr, along with, my phone browser Omni Web.
